Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing the reservations team and ensuring efficient, accurate, and courteous service to all guests and clients. The role involves managing daily reservation operations, maintaining room inventory and rate management, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with the hotel’s standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English and other languages (optional but an advantage).
