Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the safety and security aspect of the entire hotel. While also developing and implementing safety and security policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and secure working environment

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 year of solid experience as Security Team Leader in a large hotel or resort, Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security, Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment, Has strong leadership skills, train and develop team, and is a role model, Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken, Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. A Bachelor's Degree is a plus
