Job description

As a Team Leader – Public Area at Hyatt , you are responsible for leading and supervising the team that maintains the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel. You ensure that Hyatt’s high standards of presentation, guest comfort, and safety are consistently upheld in lobbies, restrooms, corridors, restaurants, meeting spaces, and other common areas. Your leadership and attention to detail help shape the first and lasting impressions of every guest.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· High school diploma or equivalent; housekeeping or hospitality certification is a plus.

· Minimum 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or public area role.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.

· Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety protocols.

· Good communication and guest service skills; ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
