Job description
Fuji Speedway Hotel, Unbound Collection by Hyatt is currently seeking a Front Office / Front Service, Team Leader who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office / Front Service, Team Leader is responsible for all duties of the front desk / front service operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. The Front Office / Front Service, Team Leader should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader – Front Office / Front Service in an international hotel
· Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required
· Business Level English and Japanese is essential
