Job description
1. Assist the manager to ensure that the service commitment is being fulfilled.
2. Maintain training activities for staffs
3. Knowledge of proper use of all equipment and utensils in service area
4. Will share the responsibility for proper communication between guests and management
5. Familiar with the menu and make sure it is presented properly
6. Will assign certain side work that must be completed prior to the opening or closing of the outlet
7. Please and helpful attitude toward each guest, watch for the arrival of guests
Always relay customer complaints to manager
