Job description

Operational Excellence

· Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
· Maintain and consistently implement Hyatt brand standards across all service touchpoints.
· Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
· Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards in compliance with hotel and statutory requirements.

Guest Experience

· Actively engage with guests to ensure a warm, personalized, and memorable dining experience.
· Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Training

· Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards.
· Conduct on-the-job training to ensure strong product knowledge, service etiquette, and grooming standards.
· Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, discipline, and service excellence.

Sales & Revenue Focus

· Drive upselling initiatives and promote menu items, beverages, and special promotions.
· Encourage product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques within the team.
· Support service excellence initiatives aimed at increasing guest spend and repeat business.

Administration & Inventory

· Assist with inventory checks, requisitions, and stock control to minimize wastage.
· Support basic administrative tasks including shift planning, attendance, and daily operational reports.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience & Qualifications

·  Minimum 18 months of experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
·  Prior experience in luxury hotels or premium dining environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies

·  Strong communication, leadership, and guest handling skills.
·  Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
·  Sound knowledge of food & beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
