As the Team Leader - Florist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional and consistent service that exceeds customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the arrangement and maintenance of all plants and flowers throughout the hotel.

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
·  Work experience in the Florist department of luxury hotels is preferred.
·  Excellent attention to detail and creativity in floral design.
·  Strong organizational and multitasking skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
