Job description
You will be responsible for leading the concierge team to provide exceptional guest services, including transportation arrangements, local recommendations, reservations and VIP assistance. You will act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism and a personal touch that reflects the hotel’s commitment to world-class hospitality.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in concierge or guest services with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions and cultural sites.
• Fluent in English; other language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with discretion, patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud).
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
