Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet
·
Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine
·
Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
·
Take orders and serve food and beverages
·
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
·
Practice economy of food, beverage, paper supplies, electricity and water (practice recycling whenever possible)
·
Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition
·
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries
·
Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages
·
Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary
