Grand Hyatt Jakarta is seeking a passionate and experienced Japanese Chef to lead the culinary team at Sumire , our Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine, a commitment to excellence, and a flair for delivering memorable dining experiences.

As a Japanese Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest culinary standards, overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading and mentoring the team, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
