We are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader - Banquets Service who will assist the outlet management team plan, organise & supervise the restaurant and provide hands-on support to all associates within the outlet.
In this role, you will ensure the exceptional service delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings & training sessions. You will maintain an effective link between the kitchen & service areas while monitoring the quality of food and beverage. Likewise, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests & colleagues as required.

Qualifications :
Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria
· A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management is preferred.
· Minimum of 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a five star hotel or high quality restaurant is required.
· Experience in Chinese operations and or bar / beverage specialist is an advantage
· Passionate about F&B and customer service, outstanding communication skills, outgoing personality.
