Supervisor - Outlet, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Job description

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Supervisor - Outlet is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
·  Work experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B Outlet is essential.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
