As our Spa Reception Host , you will create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest. With genuine care, attention to detail and a passion for wellbeing, you will coordinate appointments, respond to enquiries and help ensure each spa journey feels seamless and memorable.

You will:

· Welcome guests with warmth, empathy and professionalism
· Manage spa reservations, enquiries and guest preferences
· Share information about treatments, services and facilities
· Coordinate closely with therapists and other hotel teams
· Maintain an organised, calm and inviting reception area
· Support retail recommendations and spa administration
· Help turn every guest encounter into a meaningful experience

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

·  Russian language proficiency
·  Previous experience in a spa, hotel reception or guest-facing role
·  Excellent communication and customer-service skills
·  Strong organisation and attention to detail
·  Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries
·  Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
·  A caring, positive and professional approach
