Job description
·
To work with Director of Events to ensure all Hyatt Events Standards relating to Event Sales, Event Planning, Profitability and Marketing are fully implemented.
·
To be responsible for meeting the overall Events Department's revenue and expense targets.
·
To closely work together with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef on the Events Department's costing and pricing structure.
·
To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by ensuring members of the Events Team cross sell and up-sell other hotel facilities and services and other Hyatt hotels.
·
To remain fully up to date with competitor offers and client expectations
·
To work with Director of Events to create and communicate the annual Events marketing plan and promotional calendar and ensure all planned sales and marketing activities are implemented.

Qualifications :
· Luxury hotel working experience is needed
