Job description
· Good understanding & competent of executing all fine dining basic kitchen methods.
· Executing knife skills in a confident, accurate & timely manner.
· Good understanding of the kitchen hierarchy and how a professional kitchen operates.
· Good listener and able to follow directions well.
· Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
· Able to make decisions that affect their own work, or the customers experience in a positive manner.
· Organized in the duties.
· Have good time management skills.
· Able to work as part of a team and contribute ideas where necessary.
· Moves quickly completing each task.
· Proactive.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Culinary diploma is mandatory.
· Good presentation.
· Have experience & exposure to multi-national cuisines.
· Fluent English language.
· One to two years’ experience in a multi-national kitchen atmosphere (Desired)
· Five years minimum restaurant / hotel experience, 5* star establishment.
· Three years minimum experience in Ala carte dining cuisine.
