· Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to remain calm and effective while managing various situations.

· Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and regulations.

· Proficiency in written and spoken English.

· Certification in security or related training is preferred.
