Job description
What you will do:

Conduct market surveys and competitor research when required.
·
Assist Sales team with proposal, confirmation, bookings and rooming list.
· Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.
· Ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
· Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotations for the hotel.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
· Relevant Sales & Marketing / hospitality experience in large scale hotels desirable.
· Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
