We are looking for Sales Co-ordinator to join our pre-opening team at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja

About the role

The Sales Co-Ordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is key in maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and assisting in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the sales team in managing accounts, inquiries, and client requests
· Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients
· Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events with clients
· Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries professionally
· Track sales performance reports and prepare weekly/monthly updates
· Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Events, Reservations) to ensure seamless service delivery
· Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
· Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
·  1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales or administrative support (hotel experience preferred)
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera} is an advantage
·  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
·  Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
