Revenue Manager - Andaz One Bangkok

Job description

•Develop and adjust pricing and availability strategies based on market trends
•Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for room revenue
•Lead the weekly Business Optimization Meeting (BOM) to align sales strategies
•Implement and manage overbooking policies and pricing systems
•Ensure consistency across revenue platforms and maintain accurate rate databases
•Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and uphold company policies and revenue procedures

Desired profile

Qualifications :

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role at an international hotel chain
•Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
•Excellent in communication, organization, and presentation
•Able to perform under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively
•Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative
