You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owners expectations. The Restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible to assist Beach Restaurants, in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating ensuring the financial success of the outlet.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Fluent in Spanish and English.
·  At least 2 years of experience in similar leadership position.
·  Beach and pool experience desirable.
·  Ideally with a degree in Gastronomy or Tourism.
·  Advanced knowledge AAA standards, Distinctive H
·  Cost and inventory management.
·  General computer skills, with experience in Micros Symphony and payroll management systems.
·  Problem solving, excellent administrative and operational management, detail oriented, effective communication skills.
