Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Guest Relations and Butler department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Experience Manager/Resort Experience Manager is responsible to assist the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager in ensuring that the guest relations and butler services are run efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with professional presentation. Ability to multitask and co-ordinate with all departments on behalf of the guest.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management. Have previously worked as Butler manager or minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Guest Experience in a luxury hotel with excellent standards. Vast knowledge of various cuisines, wines and dining standards. Butler training programme certification will be an added advantage
