Residence Manager (Service Apartment) - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the residence apartments of Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects, managing the residents' expectations and to ensure that the residence team to work closely with the hotel's team according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager or Club Lounge Manager in luxury hotel chain.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
