Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Reservation Manager involves managing daily reservation operations, maintaining room inventory and rate management and ensuring excellent customer service in line with the hotel's standards

Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, Minimum 2 years of work experience as assistant manager or 1 year in a managerial role at an international branded hotel, Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar), Fluency in spoken and written English required, Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
