As the Reservation Agent , you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the Reservation Department.

Qualifications :
Your Profile
· Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
· No prior experience is needed.
· 1-2 years of experience in hotel or call centre operations will be an added advantage.
· Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills.
· Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
· A can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
· As the first point of contact for guests, maintains a positive attitude and a smile in your voice.
· Processes all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
· Identifies guest reservation needs and make appropriate recommendations.
· Explains guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
· Answers questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
