Responsibility : Regency club trainee will be doing breakfast service and happy hour/aperitif service in the VIP executive lounge in order to provide an excellent service and maintain a great relation to our VIP and loyalty customers.
1. Opening and Closing of the club.
2. Breakfast and Happy hour/Aperitif service.
3. Connections with kitchen to ensure food and beverage buffet set up for club lounge.
4. Customer service and guest relations skills to be studied and practiced.
Ideal candidate profile
Ideally doing a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Fluent in english is required.
