We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic Recreation Attendant to join our passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and support in all areas of the Recreation Department including the Fitness Center, swimming pools, beach areas, and other resort activities.

As a Recreation Attendant, you will work closely with the Guest Activity & Recreation team, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the Fitness Center, pools, beach, and recreation facilities.

Provide courteous and professional service to all guests using the facilities.

·
Support in organizing and conducting guest activities and recreational programs.

·
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all recreational equipment and areas.

·
Ensure guest safety by monitoring activities and following proper safety procedures.

·
Assist with towel service, equipment distribution, and general guest inquiries.

·
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality recreational experiences.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel, resort, or recreational facility is an advantage.

· 
Strong passion for hospitality, guest service, and recreational activities.

· 
Ability to swim and basic knowledge of recreation/fitness activities.

· 
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

· 
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.

· 
Conversational English required; additional languages are a plus.

· 
High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in hospitality, sports, or recreation is an advantage.
