アンダーズ 東京におけるエンジニアリング マネージャーポジションを募集致します

・施設管理業務全般、FFE執行管理、改修執行管理、エネルギー管理、予算・実績管理、修繕計画の策定と実行　他

We are recruiting for the Engineering Manager position at Andaz Tokyo！

Comprehensive maintenance operations at Andaz Tokyo, including FFE execution management, renovation execution management,

energy management, budget and performance management, formulation and execution of repair plans, and other related tasks.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

・ホテル等での維持管理業務経験（2年以上） Exeperience in maintenance and management operations at hotels or similar facilities (2+ years)

・マネジメント能力（メンバーへの評価、育成、業務アサイン、フォローアップ） Management Skills (evaluating members, development, task assignment, following-up )

・PCスキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント） PC Skills (Word,Excel, PowerPoint)

・コミュニケーション能力・協調性 Communication Skills ・Teamwork

・基礎英語　Basic English
