Public Area Attendant

Salary: £27,534 per annum + Service Charge

What you will do as a Public Area Attendant:

· Clean all public areas and F&B outlets to required standards during shift
· Clean and replenish public restrooms as per policy and procedure
· Maintain cleanliness of guest and emergency lifts throughout shift
· Report maintenance issues promptly to Public Area Supervisor
· Ensure cleanliness of staff changing areas and offices as assigned
· Perform deep cleaning tasks as directed
· Safely handle and report lost and found items in line with hotel policy
· Deliver courteous and helpful service to all guests
· Keep housekeeping equipment and storage areas clean and well-organised

About you

You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for both guests and colleagues. You work well independently as well as within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.

Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred, along with an understanding of cleanliness standards and a commitment to exceptional service.
