Pre-Opening Procurement Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pre-opening Procurement Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Pre-Opening Procurement Manager, you'll manage procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of supplies and equipment required for the hotel opening.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage pre-opening procurement operations and purchasing activities

· Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts

· Ensure timely delivery of supplies, equipment, and materials

· Coordinate with departments to identify operational requirements

· Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost control

· Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in hospitality or pre-opening projects

· Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

· Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory control

· Strong organizational and planning abilities

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely

· Excellent English communication
