We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Host- Fitness Center & Spa who will assist in the smooth day-to-day reception operations of the Fitness Center and Spa.

In this role, you will be responsible for guest engagement, appointment coordination, cashiering, reporting, and delivering exceptional service standards aligned with our luxury hotel brand.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

·  Passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality
·  Detail-oriented with a polished and professional demeanor
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting systems
·  Knowledgeable in cashiering and guest handling transactions
·  Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
·  Well-groomed, friendly and with a warm personality
·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills
·  Previous experience in spa, fitness, wellness, or hospitality operations is an advantage
