What does this role entail? Pastry Chef de Partie
Create and prepare all confectionery products according to the requirements of the business
Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen and reduce waste
Come up with recipe ideas and support the head pastry chef
Ensure the kitchen is always clean and ready for the next day
Supervise a team of junior pastry chefs and other staff
Maintain up to date knowledge of pastry arts and ingredients
What do we expect from you?
Demonstrable experience of working as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Knowledge of European and Czech confectionery
Good knowledge of pastry arts and ingredients
Good sense of planning and preparation
Good organisational and time management skills
Punctuality and discipline to ensure optimum work performance
Physical fitness for strenuous shifts
