Job description
· Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.
· Support hotel membership activities by aligning with corporate strategy and assisting with marketing initiatives to drive loyalty and revenue growth.
· Proactively manage financial aspects, including budgets, payroll, and expense control, while maximizing profitability.
· Collaborate with teams to promote food and beverage sales, organize promotions, and create tailored dining experiences.
· Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate databases, and upholding hotel standards.
· Develop marketing strategies and utilize member databases to promote events, special offers, and unique dining experiences.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Must hold Korean ID and must be fluent in Korean
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Business Level of English or other languages is desired.
· Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
· Preferred to be able to join in January 2025.
· Able to work in office from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Experience with design software like Photoshop and Canva is essential.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and teamwork. Business-level English proficiency is required.
· Commercial Awareness: Demonstrates a keen understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and financial considerations, including cost-effectiveness and profit optimization.
· Motivational Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and influence teams, fostering a culture of cooperation, positivity, and harmony.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on conflict resolution, data interpretation, and innovative decision-making.
· Strategic Orientation: Capable of defining and implementing strategies aligned with organizational goals, effectively communicating vision, and adapting to complex negotiations.
