Outlet Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of La Coco in line with Andaz Dubai The Palm strategies and La Coco/Andaz brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the venue.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills, in depth knowledge of beverages are a must.
