Night Auditors are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions on the overnight shift. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Auditing all charges and postings and correcting work as necessary
• Reconciling daily activity and closing all accounts in preparation for the new business day
• Processing, formatting and distributing daily reports for multiple divisions
• Processing all payments according to hotel requirements
• Interacting with colleagues in a professional manner and assisting other departments throughout the hotel
• Resolving all guest concerns and compliments in a professional, timely and courteous manner

In addition, this role will also cross-train as a PBX-Telephone Operator and will be responsible for answering incoming calls to the hotel. The right individual must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. This individual must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be able to handle guest room reservation requests for the hotel, provide guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.

Qualifications
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work overnight shifts on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Previous customer service experience required

Requisitos

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND HABILITIES:

Minimum of 2 years of experience.
English is a must.
Hold a UE Passport.
