We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Night All Rounder to join our team at Australia’s largest hotel.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. The Role:
As the Night All Rounder will be responsible for answering phone calls, welcoming and check-in of guests, delivering guest request amenities, assisting with housekeeping runner tasks, following up with room checks and moves, assisting in check-out procedures, including luggage handling and storage. The Night All Rounder will also assist the Night Auditor with daily financial audits and any adhoc tasks assigned to them by the Manager on Duty.

· A friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to be able to relate well with customers from diverse backgrounds
· Anticipate guests' needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates
· Provide a professional customer service-friendly personality
· Have excellent presentation and grooming
· Proficient use with Opera
· Be literate with computer programs
Responsibilities Include:
· Creating memorable experiences for our guests through care and empathy
· Be one of the points of contact for guests and visitors
· Assisting with guest enquiries and recommendations
· Answering phone calls
· Assisting with luggage & the check in/check out process
· Assist with the night audit process
· Aid in the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service is provided around the clock
