Salary: £26,460 per annum + Service Charge (*Expected £600 per month)

What you will do as a Mixologist

· Craft bespoke cocktails with precision, tailored to individual tastes and preferences
· Elevate guest experiences through personalized service, expert recommendations, and impeccable attention to detail
· Collaborate with our team to curate dynamic drink menus, featuring innovative creations and seasonal delights
· Meticulously prepare house-made ingredients, from artisanal syrups to handcrafted garnishes, ensuring each drink is a masterpiece
· Maintain a spotless bar environment, reflecting our commitment to excellence and hygiene standards
· Proactively manage inventory to guarantee a seamless flow of ingredients, preventing any disruptions to service
