About the Role

As Marketing Lead – Digital, Brand and Community Engagement, you will support the execution of brand, digital, and community marketing activities. From content planning and social media scheduling to media coordination and partnership activations, this is a hands-on and creatively rewarding role. You’ll help bring the hotel’s brand story to life and contribute to the successful launch of Australia’s first Caption by Hyatt.

Some Key Responsibilities

· Support the rollout of pre-opening campaigns and content across digital and social platforms
· Assist with influencer and PR coordination, community events, and brand activations
· Liaise with Hyatt’s agencies and regional team on creative and digital campaigns
· Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all platforms
· Monitor guest sentiment and campaign performance, providing monthly insights
· Manage media assets and coordinate content calendars
· Create marketing materials and digital content in collaboration with designers and partners
· Support community and local partnership outreach through Talk Shop, including the promotion of regular programming, co-hosted events, and activations that reflect the local culture and neighbourhood spirit
· Ensure all marketing campaigns and social content reflect the brand pillars of People and Place, in line with the Caption by Hyatt social playbook
· Support internal marketing initiatives that engage team members, foster brand pride, and reflect the hotel’s inclusive culture
· Collaborate with People & Culture and Operations to share behind-the-scenes content, team stories, and internal milestones across appropriate channels

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

·  A creative and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content (hospitality or lifestyle brand experience a plus)
·  A flair for writing, visual storytelling, and social media
·  Strong understanding of social platforms and current trends, with a genuine passion for digital engagement
·  Preferred experience working with influencers, creators, or content partners to deliver impactful campaigns
·  Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·  Passion for authentic, community-driven hospitality and storytelling
