Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Plumber is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Repair:

· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
· Collaborate with construction professionals and contractors to coordinate plumbing installations in new construction or renovation projects.

Inspection and Maintenance:

· Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and assess the condition of existing systems.
· Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal functionality.

Troubleshooting:

· Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, implementing effective and lasting solutions.
· Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations.

Compliance:

· Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
· Keep abreast of industry developments and code changes.

Customer Service:

· Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of plumbing issues, proposed solutions, and accurate cost estimates.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

· Keep detailed and accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any challenges encountered.
· Provide timely and comprehensive reports to supervisors and clients.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Education- Secondary or Intermediate School.
·  Minimum 2- 6 years of work experience.
·  High level of interpersonal skills.
·  Proactive, systematic approach to tasks
·  Willingness to work flexible in terms of work (other than core work) and hours
·  Willingness to tackle a wide range of day-to-day activities from complex to simple tasks
·  Operates a personal computer and spreadsheet.
·  Performs other duties as assigned.
·  Able to handle pressure while maintaining a positive outlook.
·  Ability to perform tasks alone or in a team to a high standard without supervision.
·  Knowledge of different mechanical systems
·  Ability to operate and maintain the resort perfectly
·  Attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections or defects
·  Strong communication skills to work effectively with other team members and supervisors
