Job description

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our guest. The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open for Malaysian and Permanent Residents of Malaysia only.
·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
