Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.

· Minimum 1–2 years of guest-facing experience in hospitality, front office, or concierge roles.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

· Friendly, confident, and composed under pressure, with a natural flair for guest interaction.
