As a Laundry Assistant at Grand Hyatt Barcelona , you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping and laundry department, ensuring that every piece of linen, uniform, and guest item is handled with care, precision, and pride.

What the Role Involves:

· 
Sort, wash, dry, fold, press, and distribute hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry

· 
Operate industrial laundry equipment safely and efficiently

· 
Handle guest laundry with the highest standards of care and attention to detail

· 
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times

· 
Monitor laundry supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors

· 
Follow proper procedures for stain removal, fabric care, and machine maintenance

· 
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely service

· 
Assist in uniform issuance, tagging, and storage when needed

· 
Comply with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

· 
Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred, but not essential

· 
Basic understanding of laundry operations and fabric care

· 
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

· 
A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork

· 
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
