Now we are looking for a highly motivated, solutions oriented – Landscape Manager with exceptional leadership skill, who can inspire our team to achieve their goals and consistently exception at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Landscape Manager is a garden division manager who is responsible for overall management of the hotel’s garden and garden environment and will have to be able to manage and maintain the beauty and comfort of the hotel’s outdoor area.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  A bachelor's / diploma degree from a related major, such as Landscaping, Agronomy or other linear related majors.
·  Have in-depth knowledge of plants, pests and plant diseases.
·  having ability to work together in a team and manage the team
·  ability to analyze situations and solve problems that arise during the work process. Analytical expertise is required to identify and analyze technical issues with accuracy. The ability to plan and execute effective improvement measures is essential to ensure smooth hotel operations.
·  Management skills in managing budgets and operational costs, and strong leadership skills in coordinating teams and with other related departments.
·  The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, is an important quality for interacting with the work team and other hotel staff. Being able to explain technical issues clearly. Able to read, understand, and follow technical instructions and equipment manuals.
·  Minimum have at least 2-4 years of experience in the field of garden management and landscaping science
