Andaz, meaning “PERSONAL STYLE” in Hindi, delivers an innovative hospitality experience and attentive, uncomplicated service designed to accommodate guests' personal preferences.

Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills, with its debut in 2014, is the first Andaz hotel in Japan and one of the seventeenth of its kind globally.

The hotel is located in the 52-story Toranomon Hills tower from floors 47-52 and offers easy access to key locations, including the Ginza shopping district, Tokyo Station and various cultural attractions.

*Handle International MICE / Group inquiries from proposal to confirm stage

*Manage International Wholesale market

*Represent the hotel at Trade Fairs (Business trips)

*Assist with the development of junior associates by managing their works (Above Manager level)

・海外からのMICEやグループ等のハンドリング(引き合い〜提案〜成約まで)

・海外ホールセールマーケット

・Trade Fairsにおける商談活動(海外出張あり)

・部下の業務管理を通じて、成長をサポートする（マネージャー以上）

Desired profile

Qualifications :

*International Sales experience (Experience in luxury hotel or travel industry desirable)

*English: Fluent - written and spoken (TOEIC score of at least 800 required)

*Japanese: Intermediate level or above

*Understanding of local culture

*PC skills including Microsoft Office

*Friendly and Open-minded with positive “Can do” attitude

*Adapt and always seek new ideas without being fixed on the idea

*Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.

*Team player, values teamwork and has good team building spirit with effective communication skill, in order to achieve team's goal

*Passion to build up Andaz Tokyo's brand globally and locally

・インターナショナルセールス経験必須（ラグジュアリーホテルや旅行会社等ホスピタリティ関連業界でのご経験優遇）

・英語力必須（ビジネスレベル TOEIC800点以上）/　中級レベル以上の日本語力

・日本文化、地域文化に理解があること

・基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office)

・フレンドリー、オープンマインドで前向きな方

・固定観念にとらわれず、常に新しいアイディアを求め、また受容できる方

・自発的で責任感があり、プレッシャーの元で業務をこなす能力がある方

・チームワークを尊重し、他者と協力してチーム共通の目標達成に向けて努力できる方
