Job description
You will be responsible for maintaining high food hygiene and sanitation standards in line with hotel operational policies and brand requirements, while ensuring a safe, clean and compliant working environment for all food production and service areas. The Food Hygiene staff monitors kitchen and dining area sanitation, ensures standard food handling practices, and supports daily F&B operations with consistent hygiene management and regular safety inspections.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food Safety or Hygiene management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel food hygiene, sanitation or F&B quality control within a high-standard hotel or restaurant environment.
