Job description
HR Specialist is responsible for assisting in the functional processes of the GCC including office policies, with a specific focus on talent acquisition. The role is a generalist position assisting with a variety of HR functions relating to talent acquisition, colleague relations, payroll, policy administration, compliance matters, and conflict resolution within the GCC. The role is will also assist in maintaining HR analytics and data management. The HR Specialist will help to grow the Care culture of Hyatt, and will interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization, maintaining good working relationships and acting as a role model.

Experience
· 2 years experience in a corporate environment
· 1+ Years experience in Human Resources
· Experience in talent acquisition and advantage
Additional Comments and Requirements
· Good command of English proficiency, both in written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and accuracy is critical and ability to multi-task.
· Very strong communication and human relations skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills preferred.
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a rapidly business grow environment
· Ability to maintain significant levels of confidentiality
