We are seeking a dynamic HR & Learning Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and driving learning initiatives across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for colleague development.

Key Responsibilities

· Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
· Coordinate and deliver training programs aligned with Hyatt standards and property needs.
· Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning.
· Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
· Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
· Champion Hyatt's culture and values across all properties in the cluster.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
·  Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry .
·  Preferred exposure to F&B or Rooms operations to understand departmental needs.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems is an advantage.
·  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
