About the Role
As a Houseperson, you will provide support and assistance to the Housekeeping team and other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and continuous service is provided to our guests. Your commitment to excellent customer service will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities Include:
· Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all public areas, including reception, restrooms, hallways, restaurant and event spaces and outdoor spaces.
· Clean, dust and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
· Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests for additional amenities, linens, or supplies.
· Ensure all common areas are tidy, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
· Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
· Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
· Support the housekeeping team with deep cleaning projects and special tasks, as needed.
· Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
· Follow health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.

· Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
· Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
