ハウスキーピングチームリーダー期待される役割

· 主にスーパーバイザーの役割を担い、ゲストルームの清掃後、スタンダードを確認し、必要に応じて協力会社ならびに各部門の責任者と連携して改善措置を講じます。
· ゲストからの苦情や問い合わせを、丁寧かつ効率的に対応し、問題が適切に解決されるまでフォローアップを行います。
· 適切なトレーニングを通して、ハウスキーピング部門従業員のスキルと効果性を向上させます。

給与

月給 330,000円 ～ 383,000円 （想定年収 3,960,000円 ～ 4,596,000円）

＊月給には25時間相当の固定残業代を含みます。(1ヶ月あたり51,000円 〜 59,100円)
　固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給します。

＊試用期間3ヶ月あり。給与は本採用時と同じ給与を支払います。

応募資格

· 2年以上のハウスキーピング実務経験のある方
· コンピュータースキル　（Operaの知識があれば尚可）
· チームワーク、協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方
· 日常会話レベルの英語力があれば尚可

What are your main responsibilities as a Housekeeping Team Leader

· Main role and responsible for supervising, checking standards after guest room cleaning, and taking improvement as necessary.
· Politely and efficiently to complaints and inquiries from guests, and follow up until the issue is resolved appropriately.
· Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Housekeeping associates through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring in coordination with the Training.

Salary

Monthly salary: ¥330,000 – ¥383,000 (Annual income: ¥3,960,000 – ¥4,596,000)

*The monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 25 hours (¥ 51,000 to ¥ 59,100 yen per month). Separate overtime pay will be provided for working hours exceeding the fixed overtime hours.

*Includes a 3-month probation period. Salary remains the same during this period.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2-year work experience
· Good computer skills (Knowledge of Opera is desirable)
· Positive, can-do attitude
· Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
· English skills are preferable
