About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Housekeeping Attendants to join our team across a variety of areas, including Room Attendants, Minibar Attendants and Public Area Attendants.

As part of our Housekeeping team, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Depending on your assigned area, you may be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, replenishing minibar items, or ensuring our public and shared spaces are presented to the highest standard.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Room Attendant

· Make beds.
· Clean and sanitise bathrooms, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
· Remove rubbish and replace guest amenities and supplies.
· Conduct visual checks of rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
· Report maintenance issues, damaged items or lost property in accordance with hotel procedures.
· Assist guests with enquiries, directions and special requests.
· Perform cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental schedules.

Minibar Attendant

· Check, replenish and maintain minibars in guest rooms.
· Accurately record minibar consumption and ensure charges are processed correctly.
· Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and product presentation.
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of minibar equipment, storage and work areas.
· Assist with stock rotation, replenishment and inventory as required.

Public Area Attendant

· Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms and other shared spaces.
· Clean and maintain furniture, fixtures, glass surfaces and fittings.
· Regularly monitor public areas and respond promptly to cleaning requirements.
· Remove rubbish and replenish supplies and amenities as required.
· Report maintenance, safety or presentation concerns to the appropriate team.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Current housekeeping experience preferred.
·  Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
