Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
· Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently
· Escort guests to their tables and present menus according to brand standards
· Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
· Answer guest inquiries regarding menus, promotions, and dining facilities
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess desk and entrance area
· Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
· Adhere to Hyatt service standards, grooming guidelines, and hygiene regulations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within hospitality or F&B (luxury hotel or restaurant preferred)
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
·  Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
·  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
·  Fluent in English; additional language skills are preferable
